A HAVEN OF HISTORY
Clydesville was built in 1853, for John Nicolson – one of Queenscliff’s first sea pilots who guided the ships through the heads. Since this time, Clydesville has seen two additions to its structure, both depicting the eras whilst being carefully constructed so as not to affect features.
Clydesville boasts two large formal lounge and dining rooms with views of the water as well as one more informal lounge.
There are 5 bedrooms, 1 King, 3 Queen (1 with ensuite) and 1 room with 2 King Single beds.
The large main bathroom has a claw foot bath, double vanities, toilet and separate shower and there is a further separate toilet off the laundry. Two further sun rooms are positioned at either side of Clydesville – one of which is setup with bean bags to welcome children.
The full kitchen has stone top benches and an eating area to comfortably seat 10 people with a separate round table for a further 6 people.
